Staff Technical Program Manager

This role will lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of our Identity and Access Management initiative, driving the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our IAM program. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Security, Cloud & Data Engineering, and IT, is essential to ensure robust and secure identity, authentication, authorization, and access control capabilities across the Mozilla organization. This role will understand technical requirements and needs (current and future) of Mozilla’s IAM system to identify dependencies and risks related to program delivery and represent those to senior leadership and other teams. Partnering with product & engineering managers, infrastructure teams, and security engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions will be required. The position involves driving system integrations and migrations involving IAM tools and services, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum security.
