Job Description
GoFasti is seeking a Data Engineer to enhance and maintain its analytics infrastructure. This role involves ingesting data from various sources into a centralized data store, monitoring and optimizing data pipelines, and working with analysts and data scientists to understand data needs. The Data Engineer will also implement data governance policies, contribute to high data quality, participate in technical architecture discussions, and engage in peer code reviews. Responsibilities include ensuring data security, integrity, and regulatory compliance. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in data engineering. Proficiency in Python or similar languages and experience with AWS and Google Cloud is essential.
