ServiceNow Solution Architect

Lead and Solution Design:

• Lead and architect ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM, CMDB and integrations
• Gather system requirements from end-users and IT teams to tailor solutions.
• Design and implement customizations, configuring workflows and integrating with other systems.

Technical Implementation and Management:

• Implement and manage integrations using REST/SOAP web services and cloud-to-cloud connections.
• Apply scripting and automation to optimize platform performance.
• Maintain operational documentation and ensure adherence to technical standards.

Team Leadership and Mentoring:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of software engineers on complex ServiceNow projects.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and remediation of production incidents.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables while supporting business objectives.
