Job Description

This role as a Solution Analyst requires proven experience in SaaS-based customer and technical support environments, specifically within clinical settings. The primary focus involves delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving technical queries related to our cloud-based healthcare applications. This position requires prioritizing tasks, independently resolving customer issues, and collaborating using various communication channels and tools.

Success requires calm, methodical troubleshooting of simple to moderately complex system issues, and a strong understanding of administrative workflows in long-term care and medical facilities. The role also includes providing high-quality support to clients managing, configuring, and using clinical applications, troubleshooting technical issues through log analysis, and contributing to the internal knowledge base to improve support efficiency.
