- Seeking a Director or Senior Director to build clinical operations from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
- Create clinical infrastructure, scalable processes, and vendor oversight models.
- Drive rare disease strategies, genetic testing approaches, and patient recruitment.
- Lead CRO selection, oversight, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years clinical ops experience (15+ for Senior Director).
- Experience in rare disease, nephrology, ADPKD, or genetic patient populations.
- Strong CRO management and global trial regulatory knowledge.
