Job Description
In this role, you’ll build and enhance high-performance, secure backend services that power critical banking applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and help drive best practices across the engineering organization. Must be able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and written to interact with team members and clients.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Kotlin Work on microservices, REST APIs, event-driven systems, and integrations Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and architects Improve code quality through testing, reviews, and automation Troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced production environment Contribute to architectural design and technical decision-making
