Data Analytics Engineer

LaunchDarkly is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Engineer to build high-quality data models and data products that directly influence sales strategy and revenue reporting. You’ll join our Data Analytics and Engineering team in the Technology organization and work closely with our embedded revenue analysts, salesforce and software engineers, and revenue operations team. Responsibilities include owning the development of cross-functional data models, core business metrics, and self-service dashboards and tools. The position also involves building, documenting, and maintaining robust data pipelines and transformations using tools like dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake. You would advance best practices in data modeling, naming conventions, and data quality testing to ensure scalable, trustworthy analytics, establish and champion reporting best practices and a standardized metrics layer, and partner closely with data scientists, revenue analysts, and salesforce engineers.
