Job Description
This role will own and evolve the end-to-end billing and payment ecosystem, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
You will collaborate closely with engineers to implement technical solutions, including API integrations with various platforms. You will develop and maintain internal tools such as a CRM admin dashboard, to provide customer support teams with essential payment and customer data.
Additional responsibilities include prioritizing and managing a substantial product backlog, along with partnering with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing operations. Your work will directly contribute to ClickUp's revenue growth and operational efficiency.
