Job Description
As Senior Manager, Technology Partnerships you will play a crucial role in driving Simpplr’s growth strategy by increasing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. You will be responsible for pursuing, onboarding, and growing key ISVs who serve the HR and employee experience categories. You will engage closely with new and existing partners to build field-level relationships with sales leaders and key stakeholders to generate co-marketing and co-selling opportunities.
You will seek reseller and/or OEM arrangements where Simpplr’s differentiated solutions drive competitive advantage for your partners. You will partner closely with Simpplr’s Product Management team to align on integration priorities, and you will work closely with Simpplr’s Marketing team to develop joint marketing programs with top partners. You will deliver enablement programs to our partners, align sales teams to run joint sales plays and communicate complementary value propositions, and build and execute on marketing programs that magnify Simpplr’s voice with our partners.
The ultimate objective is to help Simpplr accelerate revenue growth by maximizing Simpplr’s value to the partner and to our joint customers.
