About the Role:

• This position is responsible for processing and editing bathymetric and topographic lidar data.
• It reports to the Geospatial Team Leader and supports the I-ATLAS program.
• Qualified candidates should have interest or experience in coastal mapping and lidar processing.

What You Will Do:

• Process navigation and GPS data, organize and analyze lidar data and imagery.
• Edit processed lidar datasets and document data processing issues.
• Identify issues with sensors and assist clients with data processing during disaster response.

What You Will Bring:

• Must be a United States citizen with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to identify and distinguish colors, distances, and spatial relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and geospatial software tools.
