Senior UX Researcher, Safety

This role involves designing high-quality research studies and driving communication with cross-functional partners. A successful candidate will drive organizational strategy and product strategy with actionable insights. The role will focus on both foundational and generative work as well as evaluative work.

Responsibilities include executing qualitative and quantitative studies, focusing on both foundational and generative work, and leading strategy within cross-functional teams. The candidate should also be detail-oriented and able to prioritize time between multiple projects. The ultimate goal is to ensure a safer experience for all Reddit users and enforcement teams.

The role requires 4+ years of experience conducting UX research with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
