Job Description
The Integration Quality team maintains and improves the most important, revenue-generating integrations at Zapier. They ship directly to customers regularly, adding value consistently every day with lots of autonomy. As a Sr. Backend Engineer you will help scale quality across the integration portfolio. This is a highly technical, engineering-driven team where you proactively improve integration features and reliability, handle API deprecations and migrations, and prevent customer issues before they happen. You'll work with the Zapier Developer Platform to build features and fix bugs for high-priority integrations, and help prototype processes and tooling that scale quality improvements across thousands of integrations. You will also support teammates via pair-programming, code reviews, and technical coaching, and work cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams.
This is a critical role at the heart of Zapier’s product where you will work on systems that support every user’s automations, collaborate across Zapier to improve integration quality and developer experience, and help position Zapier as the world’s leading AI orchestration platform.
