The Role:
- Lead a team of 50+ researchers in producing and maintaining global healthcare professional and organization reference data across 100+ countries.
- Own all team KPIs related to efficiency and quality, implementing projects to enhance performance and collaborating with engineering on automation.
- Escalate operational risks and incidents promptly while building a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing remote team.
Requirements:
- Possess 3+ years of extensive people leadership experience and proven knowledge in business process design, management, and optimization.
- Have 3+ years of general work experience and be comfortable working remotely in an international, multi-cultural environment.
- Demonstrate a results-oriented, analytical, and methodical approach with effective communication skills across all levels.
