-Build a discipline of exceptional Data Scientists and Analysts focused on Payments.
-Define the long-term strategy of the team and create comprehensive roadmaps.
-Advise on Payments’s global expansion strategy.
Collaboration and Communication:
-Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver products.
-Bring data leadership and rigour to product development.
-Liaise with Product and Engineering managers to collect relevant data.
Data-Driven Innovation:
-Champion the use of data to bring ideas to life.
-Generate insights that can change the direction of Payments strategy.
-Work in an agile environment, enabling revenue and customer growth.
