Senior Director, Client Service (B2B)

The Senior Director, Client Service will develop and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the key liaison with executive leaders and senior stakeholders. They will understand the client’s brand and business and identify long term goals and key objectives. The role involves partnering with clients and internal teams to create creative customer experiences that drive results and guiding cross-functional teams from initiation through to completion. The Senior Director will also promote Bounteous’ integrated solutions to clients and consistently demonstrate agency value. They will develop and manage strategic account management plans, understand and manage the full range of client concerns, and oversee new Statement of Work kickoffs and customer on-boarding processes. Travel up to 60% is required to meet client stakeholders and build relationships.
