Staff Data Scientist: AI & LLM Technical Lead

As the AI & LLM Technical Lead, you will drive Omnidian’s capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Your role will involve leading efforts to identify, prioritize, scope, develop, and deploy AI solutions that significantly enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and market differentiation. You will collaborate closely with ML Ops Engineers, Data Engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate production-grade AI solutions into our workflows. This role requires both deep technical expertise in Data Science and LLMs and a pragmatic approach to AI innovation aligned with clear business outcomes. You will drive the technical development, evaluation, and deployment of AI/LLM applications, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver robust production pipelines primarily within a Python-based environment. You will also act as the AI domain expert, guiding technical discussions, mentoring Data Scientists, and coordinating closely with engineering, product management, and operational teams.
