Scale the Localization Framework:

• Take foundational frameworks and scale them systematically across 5+ core European and Latin American markets.
• Build and expand localized Term Record Schemas aligned with global ontology and brand personality.
• Turn tone-of-voice guidelines into machine-readable rules for LLM translation engines.

Run Governance and Quality Control:

• Manage two translation workflow tiers: human review for high-stakes content, AI-first with fix-on-feedback for lower-risk assets.
• Bridge engineering, localization pipelines, and local market reviewers.
• Spot workflow bottlenecks and design fixes with product managers and developers.

Stakeholder Management & Internal Capacity Building:

• Lead change management to get teams using the new ontology ecosystem.
• Run workshops on localization best practices and machine-translation context review.
• Hold bi-weekly Office Hours and align Design, Product, and Engineering on shared goals.
