Position Overview:
- As Manager, AI Transformation, you will own CHAI's internal AI adoption agenda, building systems and training to get staff using AI effectively.
- This role sits within Global Operations and reports to the Director, Global Operations, working closely with technical AI builder team and Innovation team.
What Success Looks Like:
- People across CHAI use AI tools regularly, with support systems in place for rollouts and troubleshooting.
- CHAI has a practical governance framework for AI that is followed, and new employees quickly get up to speed with AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption, change management, and communications for AI rollouts, including building demand and coordinating the AI Champion network.
- Build and manage AI training and enablement programs, and develop AI governance frameworks and policies.
- Define and track adoption metrics, conduct gap analysis, and assess ROI on AI tool usage.
