Job Description
Focus Group Presentation: Configure and operate presentation and data collection technology during jury research projects. Manage focus group AV logistics, including participant setup and on-site coordination. Maintain and evaluate current data collection software.
Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal departments, jury consultants, graphic designers, and litigation specialists. Share insights and technical best practices to improve processes and outcomes.
Focus Group & Research Technology: Assess focus group spaces and recommend optimal presentation setups (e.g., projectors, monitors, audio systems, HDMI distribution/switching hardware). Operate presentation systems during live sessions and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
