Job Description

The Director of Programmatic Media will: Provide innovative and integrated strategies and recommendations to reach and surpass client goals. Lead day to day client operations, POV’s, management of Supervisors and team members. Communicate with clients verbally, in written form and have strong presentation skills.

The Director will also: Coach and mentor team members, sharing insights about industry trends. Utilize your technical knowledge to troubleshoot platforms, systems & tools. Interpret campaign performance and provide creative optimizations to supervisors and colleagues alike.

Also the Director will: Build the agency with new tools, ideas, and opportunities. Share a passion for integrated strategy and execution, with a specific interest in biddable media. Learn and build something special in a casual and collaborative environment.
