Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify business needs, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities of the role include analyzing business requirements, evaluating business processes, developing documentation, conducting gap analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams, using data analysis tools for insights, supporting project management, facilitating communication, performing user acceptance testing, and monitoring implemented solutions to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. The candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysis techniques, proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
