Job Description

This role involves leading and managing recruitment processes, focusing on Engineering and Product roles, while also overseeing recruitment for all other teams.

Driving end-to-end Recruitment: Ensuring structured, efficient, and high-quality recruitment experiences.
Building Talent Pipelines: Creating and maintaining effective sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn, engaging with communities, forums, and events.
Strengthening Employer Branding: Supporting content creation, increasing visibility, and engaging in community activities to attract top talent.
