Job Description
This role involves leading day-to-day creative production across a wide range of social content, including static design, motion graphics, live-action, and live streams. You will partner with social strategists to vet new requests, align on priorities, and build realistic workback schedules. Tracking every asset across every stage—planning, creative development, legal and compliance, leadership review, and final delivery is a must. The Creative Producer will own creative resourcing and task distribution in partnership with the Creative Director of Social and facilitate reviews, capture feedback, and ensure clear handoffs across Creative, Marketing, Legal, and Exec stakeholders. Collaborating with external vendors when needed and driving process improvements are also key aspects of the role. Maintaining detailed documentation across projects including action items, feedback logs, and status trackers will be essential for success in this position.
