Role Overview:

  • This is a highly hands-on operational role focused on building scalable, repeatable sales systems for home service companies.
  • You will work directly with founders, owners, and small sales teams to implement real operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help clients recruit and interview sales representatives, build onboarding and ramp-up systems, and develop training processes.
  • Improve sales scripts, appointment structure, and run role-play and coaching sessions.
  • Create KPIs, scorecards, and accountability systems to improve follow-up and lead management.

Who You Are:

  • A former sales rep who became a top producer and eventually trained and scaled a small sales team.
  • Someone with direct operational experience in home services like foundation repair, HVAC, roofing, or plumbing.
  • You understand both the player and coach roles and can help companies transition from founder-led sales to a scalable team.
