Intake Clinician

The Intake Clinician’s primary role is to provide high quality and professional solution focused counselling and information support service to employees of client companies telephonically in Malaysia. The role is a permanent full time position and would be working from home. The position of the intake clinician is a night shift position that allows for Working From Home. These shifts include working night shifts from 19:00 (7pm) to 07:00 (7am) in 12 hour shifts. There will be rotational days off in the week to manage the weekend shifts. The nature of the role involves conforming to call centre conditions and structures.
