Join the Fitness & Wellbeing vertical as an Implementation Specialist to make a real impact every day. This role involves launching new clients onto the platform, leading client contact during onboarding, translating client needs into actionable solutions, and configuring platform settings for a seamless experience. Responsibilities include managing onboarding processes from start to finish, spearheading all client communications, and consulting clients on technical best practices to fully leverage the Mariana Tek platform.
The Implementation Specialist will configure platform settings based on client specifications with high levels of accuracy, create mobile applications for clients in collaboration with the Engineering team, and assist with onboarding process improvements. The candidate will also conduct quality assurance testing of client websites and Mariana Platform configurations, and analyze data using Excel to facilitate testing and validate success.
