What you'll do:
- Build agents that investigate incidents and surface anomalies.
- Write reusable skills that capture how the team debugs and finds root causes.
- Own the agent stack end-to-end, ensuring it works in production.
Who you are:
- You've been building agents long enough to have opinions on context engineering and tool design.
- You think in production terms: latency, cost, and reliability.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of software engineering, with 1-2 years on LLM-powered systems in production.
- Strong backend skills in TypeScript/Node.js and Python.
- Hands-on experience building multi-step agents with tool use and error recovery.
