Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
- Help the team identify and remove obstacles.
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Demonstrates 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile delivery role.
- Possesses excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
