The Director of Creative Services will lead design strategy and execution across brand, marketing, and product experiences, serving as the lead designer while managing and mentoring a small, multidisciplinary team. You will create marketing assets for tournaments, social media, sponsorships, broadcasts, and digital campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional leaders (marketing, product, partnerships) to shape and evolve the creative vision and priorities. The role involves delivering cohesive branded experiences, visual identity systems, and supporting product teams with UI/UX design. Ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints is a key responsibility.
