Data Engineer

How You'll Drive Impact:

• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines throughout the SDLC, supporting modernization of legacy U.S. Army financial systems on AWS.
• Develop Python-based workflows to ingest, transform, validate, and deliver structured and semi-structured data.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into working software with secure data practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years in data engineering with Python, ETL/ELT processes, and AWS services like Glue, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with APIs, file formats, large datasets, automated testing, and GitLab in an Agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance and relevant certifications within 30 days.
