Job Description
We’re looking for a data-driven Associate Growth Marketing Manager to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth for Nex Playground across key ecommerce media platforms. You’ll own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of media campaigns, ensuring that spend is efficient, measurable, and aligned with key performance goals like CAC, ROAS, and sales volume. You’re analytical, creative, and performance-driven, and thrive in environments where you can test new tactics, scale what works, and continuously refine based on data. You bring a strong understanding of the ecommerce advertising ecosystem.
Drive Nex Playground’s future growth by owning full-funnel media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and retail media platforms, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize creative, messaging, and strategy across channels. Build and lead full-funnel media strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across our product catalog. Own day-to-day execution, actively monitor performance, and optimize towards efficiency and growth, ensuring all media spend delivers measurable ROI.
