Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed all Region revenue, profit and expense objectives by expanding key strategies and maintaining high performance with current customers.
  • Carry out management responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees.
  • Develop annual business plans and use consultative selling to demonstrate knowledge of accounts' needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience in sales management.
  • 4+ years of sales management experience with print or print-related services desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical ability, and successful selling abilities.

Additional Information:

  • Salary range for this role is $102,800 to $164,400 per year, plus bonus, commission or incentive program.
  • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and more.
