Sr. Director, Data Analytics

As Senior Director of Data and Analytics, you will lead and shape Seed’s data vision, strategy, and execution. You will partner with leaders across Product, Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth and scientific discovery. You will build and mentor a high-performing data team, define and scale our analytics frameworks, and advance a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Define and execute Seed’s data and analytics vision and roadmap, aligning with company-wide priorities. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing data team, including analytics engineers, data analysts, and data scientists. Partner with Product, Marketing, Science, and Operations to deliver insights that inform growth, product development, and scientific research. Support scientific teams with data-driven approaches to study design, analysis, and publication. Identify new opportunities for innovation and growth through advanced analytics and data science.
