Job Description

As an ITSM / ServiceNow Consultant, you will accompany our customers on their way to modern, efficient and digital processes. You will connect technology, consulting and methodology – and actively shape projects. Your tasks include moderation and implementation of workshops on process design, optimization and implementation, analysis of existing ITSM-/ESM processes and development of concrete suggestions for improvement, consulting on ServiceNow architectures, best practices and transformation strategies. Creation of solution designs, roadmaps and implementation concepts also fall under your responsibilities. You will work closely with customer teams and our delivery units ensuring high-quality delivery across all project phases. Depending on seniority, you will take on challenging tasks and manage workstreams or manage complete customer projects, lead teams technically and act as a central Trusted Advisor at management level.
