Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineering managers and software engineers, driving performance and career growth.
- Create a long-term technical roadmap aligned with business needs and establish OKRs.
- Remove roadblocks, manage priorities, and maintain high team productivity and morale.
Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years in software engineering including 3+ years managing engineers.
- Experience with consumer-facing software, backend systems (Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes), and web apps (React, Vue).
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
