Responsibilities:
- Maintain and evolve the motion design language for each brand, ensuring consistency across all output and building template libraries in After Effects.
- Create motion graphics, animated text treatments, and episodic graphics for YouTube and social clips that integrate cleanly into editor timelines.
- Design platform-native motion assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube while maintaining awareness of specs for pixel-perfect delivery.
- Manage workflow systems by maintaining an organized, tagged motion asset library and leveraging AI tools to increase output speed without sacrificing quality.
Requirements:
- Possess 4+ years of motion design experience in a media, agency, or content production environment with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-volume output.
- Exhibit expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with a deep understanding of animation principles like timing and easing.
- Show systems-oriented mindset, comfortable working within structured production environments like Monday.com and Frame.io, and proficient with After Effects expressions.
- Familiarity with AI motion tools such as RunwayML or Adobe Firefly and the ability to integrate them into daily workflows to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Compensation and Location:
- Offers a base salary range of $80,000-90,000 per year, with final salary based on level, relevant experience, skills, and expertise.
- The role is remote, preferably on PST/MST, with the company based in Las Vegas, NV, and support for relocation provided if needed.
