Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs communications program implementation and quality control for healthcare clients, overseeing staff performance.
  • Coordinates with senior leadership and operations to ensure proper staffing and successful financial management.
  • Communicates account status and participates in new business efforts as directed by the agency leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Requires 8-12 years of agency experience with demonstrated skill in managing multiple client accounts and program development.
  • Must have proven success in executing healthcare communications programs, including internal communications and executive thought leadership.
  • Embodies core values such as ownership, leadership, a can-do spirit, candidness, transparency, and grit.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Offers an annual salary range of $130,000 - $155,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
