Key Responsibilities:
- Directs communications program implementation and quality control for healthcare clients, overseeing staff performance.
- Coordinates with senior leadership and operations to ensure proper staffing and successful financial management.
- Communicates account status and participates in new business efforts as directed by the agency leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Requires 8-12 years of agency experience with demonstrated skill in managing multiple client accounts and program development.
- Must have proven success in executing healthcare communications programs, including internal communications and executive thought leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Offers an annual salary range of $130,000 - $155,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
