Role Overview:
- The Falcon Complete Security Advisor works within a team focused on the health and security posture of Falcon Complete customers.
- This role combines technical, security, and customer management skills to guide customers toward a secure experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers directly upon identification of misalignment with security standards.
- Document, update, and resolve all customer-related issues in accordance with procedures and SLAs.
- Develop and provide customers with service reports and statistics as requested.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years in a Cybersecurity focused role with excellent customer-facing communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience, plus cybersecurity certifications.
- Experience with threat detection, incident response, and operating systems like Windows, Linux, and MAC.
- US Citizenship or Green Card Holder is required for this position.
