We are seeking a highly experienced and technically profound Staff Software Engineer to join our distributed engineering team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and scaling of the core platform services that power our AI Process Platform. You will work on complex, distributed systems at the intersection of AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop workflows, ensuring our platform is robust, scalable, and highly performant.
Lead the design and implementation of critical backend services and APIs, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Drive architectural decisions and technical vision for core platform components, contributing to our overall system design. Collaborate with product managers, AI researchers, and other engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices. Contribute to the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational excellence.
