About the Role:
- April is looking for credentialed Tax Experts to prepare returns and provide advice using April's professional tax services.
- This is a full-time, US-based position starting in January/February through April 30th, 2027, with virtual consultations during Eastern Time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 45-minute client consultations via video calls to understand tax situations and identify filing needs.
- Build trust with customers by delivering personalized tax consultations and actionable recommendations.
- Provide written summaries documenting key findings and tax advice.
Experience Requirements:
- Active EA or CPA credential and valid PTIN with 5+ years of paid individual tax prep experience.
- 2+ years of experience conducting virtual tax consultations via video and proficiency with professional tax software.
