Job Description
Partner Management:
- Manages named partners in North America region to assist sales teams.
- Selectively recruits, onboards, and develops partners in assigned territory.
- Executes go-to-market plans with managed partners and oversees onboarding.
Sales and Business Development:
- Drives effective collaboration in sales engagements with partners.
- Articulates the Camunda vision, technology, and value proposition to partners.
- Partners with sales leadership on driving effective collaboration.
Skills and Experience
- Understands the sales cycle, process and methods that apply to the partner sales process.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate executive interactions with partners with international experience a plus.
- Demonstrates repeated success leading partner engagement plans and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
