Accountabilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing guidance on solution architecture, design, and best practices. Link business processes with technical solutions to maximize product adoption and success. Execute delivery methodology to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Troubleshoot and resolve complex implementation issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prototype and document scalable solutions to address business challenges. Consult on indexing, search performance, UI design, and architecture best practices. Expand relationships with customers, promoting product usage and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Success Management) to align solutions with roadmap priorities. Produce reusable solution content, including tutorials, workshops, and internal tooling.
