What You'll Do:
- Own the Move Money Platform roadmap, strategy, and execution globally.
- Set multi-year vision for connecting to financial networks across North America, EMEA, and expansion markets.
- Drive trade-off decisions on architecture, throughput, latency, and resiliency with engineering leadership.
Network Strategy:
- Design network connections including direct vs. processor, sponsor bank, custodian, or on/off-ramp partners.
- Own redundancy, resiliency, and performance across providers, rails, and chains.
- Eliminate single points of failure and build automated failover between fiat and crypto rails.
Compliance & External Representation:
- Stay ahead of network compliance and operating rule adherence for fiat and crypto rails.
- Be Versapay’s external face to networks, partners, and regulators in working groups and reviews.
- Influence broader product roadmap with insights on global payment infrastructure trends.
