About the Role:
- Responsible for conception and design of integrated advertising campaigns.
- Manages creative process and junior staff to ensure strategic and creative excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Independently conceptualize, develop, and design content based on strategic direction.
- Work with senior art staff and copywriters to develop concepts and layouts.
- Manage and lead entry-level designers/art directors, allocating personnel as needed.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or graphic arts; 6-10 years of creative experience.
- At least 4 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience and 4 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite; strong presentation and customer service skills.
