Brokerage Operations

As a member of the Brokerage Operations team, the job holder will play a key role in supporting the clients served through brokerage operations workflows. They will support the broker team and operations to enhance value during the entire customer journey from initial sale, binding, and renewal processes, ensuring that closed deals contain the necessary and accurate information for binding. Additionally, this person will assist customers and both internal and external stakeholders with service-related inquiries and requests post-bind, while also supporting the agency billing process. This role involves delivering timely responses to client and stakeholder requests; binding policies internally, ensuring documentation accuracy; triaging specialty policy servicing requests; coordinating with stakeholders; addressing billing-related matters; identifying value opportunities; and assisting in documenting processes to improve efficiency.
