Job Description

The Strategic Accounts Manager owns the direct relationship with the organization's top commercial partners and works closely with clients to design and execute best-in-class claims programs that deliver an unrivaled client experience. They are trustworthy representatives of both Safelite and the client organization, serving as trusted experts in the auto-glass industry with the knowledge and experience to help clients uncover and address critical business needs. By delivering highly consultative services, they help clients solve challenging business problems while increasing Safelite's footprint within their client organizations.

A key component of the role is collaboration, as SAMs must work with a variety of stakeholders within Safelite and their client organizations, fostering strong relationships across both entities. They use data to uncover problems and drive decision-making, telling compelling stories that lead to both insight and action. As highly influential expert professionals, SAMs model Safelite's values: a service mindset, a can-do attitude, and a caring heart. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of key customer relationships, analyzing market trends, advising clients on commercial approaches, and meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume.
