National Digital Organizing Manager

The National Digital Organizing Manager leads For Our Future's (FOF) digital organizing efforts, developing and executing strategies for engaging and recruiting online volunteers, managing a digital volunteer base, and working with state staff on how to use digital tactics to continue growing their programs effectively. The focus of our work, both online and offline, is focused on working families' issues including but not limited to economic fairness, education, and racial justice. This role involves advising regional staff and state leadership, providing hands-on assistance with digital tools, and building and cultivating strategic partnerships with partners and allies doing work in the digital space. Generates volunteer leads through daily and weekly digital doorknocking activities.
