About the Role:
- Serve as both the face of, and delivery leader for the next North American utility transformation.
- Be accountable for successful execution of client implementation programs using the Build-Operate-Transfer methodology.
- Find solutions that bring clients into new software and accelerate delivery while reducing risk.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of Client Delivery Leads across functional delivery areas.
- Set direction and pace for implementation program execution.
- Understand program details and report progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
- Extensive experience in Regulated Utilities, ideally in North America.
- Strong experience leading large, enterprise-level technology implementations.
- Proven experience with C-suite clients and strategic conversations.
