Launches and Scales Dispatch Clubs focusing on Organizer Recruitment & Vetting, Ongoing Organizer Support, Platform Management.
Monitors Club Health byTracking key metrics, create content, address issues directly with organizers when need it, coordinate geo-targeted email campaigns to members.
Plans and executes official events identifying clubs that have reached threshold for events and develop event plans with editorial, business, and multimedia teams. Handles logistics & coordination, revenue optimization, content capture, post-event follow-up.
Broader Community Initiatives include Discord Management, Member Engagement Programs, Internal Advocacy, Measurement & Reporting.
