Job Description
Designs, builds, and maintains server-side systems that power custom integrations and data flows within the HubSpot ecosystem. You’ll develop scalable architectures that connect HubSpot with third-party platforms and internal systems—ensuring reliable, secure, and performant data exchange. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with integration strategists, and marketing and CRM strategists and specialists to create automation and API solutions that enable business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include system architecture and integration development by designing and implementing robust APIs, microservices, and backend logic to support integrations between HubSpot and other platforms. The position helps define backend development standards and best practices and provide quality, security and reliability by implementing and maintaining secure authentication, authorization, and encryption practices, and conducting code reviews, testing, and QA for backend systems.
